Review of The Color of Money (1986) by Anthony C — 21 Aug 2010
First of all, Paul Newman OWNED the film, secondly Martin Scorsese's camera-fancy direction blessed this piece, and ultimately Tom Cruise and the amazing pool shots and talents really made this a must-see film.
The ending is like many other Scorsese's endings, it leaves you thinking: "What the fuck? Just like that? What? Why?".
P.s. Check for the Iggy Pop and Forrest Withaker cameos!
