A well choreographed car chase in the finale is the film's only saving grace, but even that couldn't salvage what is ultimately a dull borefest. What should have been a film full of intrigue just doesn't captivate audiences.
And don't bother looking for Bruce Willis in this movie. He appears prominently for the first 25 minutes, then his character is unceremoniously killed off.
