Review of The Cocoanuts (1929) by Tamara S — 31 Dec 2007
This film just proves how liberating comedy can be. Groucho is insulting every tycoon lounging on the beachfront, Harpo is living out the dream of every child, at least this child, to go absolutely insane with all of the technological hotel conveniences he uses as toys and Chico is always standing behind you ready to seal the deal on the gags.
I really enjoy the shenanigans in this even if there is a lot going on.
