Review of The Cobbler (2014) by Chris E — 08 May 2015

While this film has a very interesting premise that showed promising with the talent involved, the tone of the story was all over the place with the majority of the characters you didn't care for. One second they would try to make you laugh with most jokes not too funny and the next was a serious dramatic moment that didn't move you at all.

While it wasn't a typical Sandler movie which helped, the inconsistent pace and lackluster script really kept this film from achieving to the level of film this could have been. Overall it was a good performance from Sandler, a medicore execution and a great little ending I didn't see coming.
