Like many others, when they announced that thos was coming to Netflix after the superbowl, I was hyped. Im a massive fan of the orIginal cloverfield and 10 cloverfield lane but this? This just isnt good.
I try to find the good in all films but I really struggled with this. The story jusntnisnt enjoYable, plot struggles to get going, acting isnt good at all. If I Had to find something good to say about thos film it would be ThE cgi (at times) was a joy to watch but even ten, more times than not, it was a mess!
I really hope that if they continue the Cloverfield Movies, they go for a More grounded approach. Even a cloverfield tv series would be good.
