It was alright. Not a 30-something, IMO. I think I could probably guess what the franchise is getting at, but really wish this movie had tied things together more (explicitly) than this tangent of a chapter did.
Largely filler as a "Cloverfield", but as it's own little sci-fi flick, it was okay. I would guess that it could get better when the next one comes out later this year (supposedly).
