Review of The Cloverfield Paradox (2018) by Roccosrant — 05 Feb 2018
Lots of bad exposition, tons of unanswered questions, and no real identity as a movie. Characters made mind-bogglingly stupid decisions and it really seemed like they pieced the story and general motives of the characters on a whim.
Wanted this to be good but some of these Netflix movies are starting to seem a lot more like the bargain bin at Walmart than a studio defeating juggernaut. B- for effort, D for execution.
