Review of The Class (2008) by Gregory B — 29 Mar 2009
A total triumph. Goodbye Mr. Chips, and To Sir With Love be damned, this is how to make a film about teaching. I loved the comments the film made upon the universal relationship between a teacher and his class, and really young people in general, in relation to an ever-diversifying world.
This film captures our moment, and our time better than any I have seen in recent years, and because of this I feel it is destined to become a classic. Absolutely brilliant.
