Review of The Class (2008) by Wamique G — 27 Apr 2009
Francois Begaudeau's amazing autobiographical novel does a fantastic job to restrict the plot to the classroom and not diverting to any useless sub-plots.....
Still the movies is captivating and a wonderful wonderful adaptation of his autobiographical novel....
The emotional turmoil of trying to do the right thing without getting in the line of fire was totally fantastic...
And the climax is the high point where the tragedy which many ignore going on throughout the movie comes out in almost a comic manner...
The movie isnt an ounce unreal....
