Review of The City of Your Final Destination (2009) by Hollis G — 25 May 2010

This film has some very fine ingredients, a great recipe, but the meal turns out undercooked and ultimately disappointing. I repeatedly (but quietly) groaned out loud watching it in the theater due to the clumsy, unfeeling transitions from scene to scene. The only interesting photography stops after the credits roll.

It was a very telling moment for me when the main character returned after being in a coma and I realized that his absence only helped the film.
