Review of The Circle (2017) by Aka A — 30 Apr 2017
Almost made a big mistake by believing previous reviews an not seeing this movie.
Acting was very well done to realistic character portal rather than overt impersonation as many characters are.
This is an expansion of the 80's movie on the future role of Big Brother. This is where Facebook and Google are headed by collecting data on everyone and their possible roles in inciting the masses through the expansion of social media.
It also expands on the possibilities of the collection of data by Governments and private companies.
Excellent ending with the realization of people in the effect of data collection, both legal and illegal, and its possible effect on society. The turn around of ideas is ironic.
