Review of The Chumscrubber (2005) by James C — 30 Sep 2007
So often a cast is assembled for a movie where you think "this has got to be good" but too often the case is "how did they fuck that up?".
The Chumscrubber is another addition to the cannon of ensemble movies that just reek. It tries so hard to be like Donnie Darko - disassociated teens in suburban America with mental issues, but is a feeble attempt.
A blot on the CV for Messers Bell, Fiennes, Close, Fitchner, Culkin.......
