Review of The Chronicles of Riddick (2004) by Kimberly M — 29 Mar 2012

This movie seems like it has too much story going on. It's an odd step away from Pitch Black and hardly feels like a sequel. The characters are still interesting but like I said, the real problem is having back-story thrown at you like crazy, not too mention a severe amount of lengthy boring scenes.

However, there are some really awesome action scenes that the first movie didn't have. Most of the time I just fast forward to these because I'm not patient enough for the rest of the movie.

If they make a sequel that brings more understanding to the story, I'm sure I'll spend more time figuring this movie out but until then, I only like you for your action.
