Like Pitch Black, The Chronicles of Riddick is really just a cult favorite among fans. The critics weren't really a fan of this, but I sure liked it. Seeing how the movie still delivers on the action and the special effects.
Not to mention, Vin Diesel still shines in the role of Riddick. Sure, the script and the plot is basic, but the movie is still highly entertaining and a blast to watch from the start.
