This rating is based on the director's cut which made 10 times more sense than the theatrical cut of this movie. I saw the DC first and couldn't understand why everyone gave it such bad reviews.

Then I caught the TC on a movie channel. It was very confusing and riddled with holes that were easily explained with the 15 extra minutes.
