Review of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008) by Grant F — 09 Apr 2012
The concept here is taking a family friendly tale and try to make it extremely violent, but with the limitations of a PG movie. Not a terrible movie, but definitely disappointing. I found myself actually wishing that I could see Aslan slaying an army of evil soldiers.
Not to mention that Prince Caspian came off as more of a d-bag than a hero. I feel that many of the problems are the fault of Adamson and his inability to direct an action film.
