Really struggled with the acting in this one. I tended to focus on the bad emotional expressions. I am a huge fan of the book series, which may make me more critical. On the other hand, the story-line is interesting and the visuals were breath-taking.
If you focus on that, rather than the acting, you will enjoy it enough.
