Review of The China Syndrome (1979) by Morris N — 07 Jan 2009
A taut, well-paced thriller dealing with the old conflict between corporate greed and public safety.
Of course, since there have been so many of this type of movie (or book, or play, or whatever), it makes you wonder how anybody can believe anything a corporation or government has to say on any subject. But maybe I'm just an old cynic.
