Review of The Children of Huang Shi (2008) by Frecissimo S — 23 Jul 2008
I thought it was an okay view of the collateral damage brought on by conflict. Although the real story was tweaked somewhat, it is still a very inspiring one. I really didn't feel the chemistry between Hogg and Radha Mitchell's character and I'd go as far as to say that the most interesting one was Chow Yun Fat.
The cinematography is beautiful but the movie sometimes lacked emotion.
