It's troma goodness...a school bus chock full of sweet li'l kiddies drives through a toxic cloud...and it turns them all into demonic little cuddle monsters. basically, the children hug folks to death.
it's pretty awesome. it's a great b-movie and one of the better flicks to come out of that wonderful film studio known as troma.
