Review of The Changeling (1980) by John R — 23 Jun 2016
160624: I'm sure in 1980, on a big screen, this film would've offered a bit more in the way of fear. Now however, 36 years later, she's just a bit tepid. On one occasion I got kind of a start but otherwise this film is more of a mystery.
Weak title. One thing I don't understand is why Senator Joe (Melvyn Douglas) had to pay for the sins of his father? Unless he was aware of his father's evil act, he was innocent. Oh well. Good to see John Colicos.
