I watch this movie every year and it never fails to creep me out. No slash or gore. No sudden starts to shock you. Just slow suspensful shadow & sound (that damn plinking of the piano gives me the chills).
Something very like real life. Maybe that's why its so scary, almost seems like it could have happened.
