Review of The Celluloid Closet (1996) by Paris T — 30 Jul 2009

I read the book, and I liked the movie for its many voices (like, Susan Sarandon pointing out that no sane person would pass up a chance to sleep with Catherine Deneuve, even if only fictionally) and the comments on the movies I've seen.

Now, it seems a little bland, and I'd love an update. Or something more academic, because The Celluloid Closet is nothing if not accessible.
