Convoluted plot devices. Bad acting and direction. As a movie this was fairly poor except for the excellent cinemetography and beautifully crafted use of colour and light. Great actors in some of the lesser roles kept the film watchable.
An interesting spin on a new age spirituality - but weak on facts and history.
