Having read the book and all the subsequent stories, I am looking forward to this movie.. As with the book, I don't believe the author or film maker's intent was to create a literary or cinematic masterpiece.

.but to get a message out an opportunity for discussion of the subject, evolution of humanity- personal and general..The book was a great success not because of advertising or critical acclaim- but by word of mouth/person to person! Hope the same for the movie!
