For a movie released in 2005, this seemed to be okay. Watching it now in 2018 you can expect it to be not so great as a lot has changed since this movie came out.
I think the movie was fine, it was interesting as far as it can get inside a cave. The monsters looked a bit cheap, but again it was a long time ago this movie came out. Good ending.
