Review of The Castle (1997) by Peter D — 21 Sep 2008
One of my favorite comedies. Not only is this film fun, but it is very heartwarming.
The director and cast could easily have played the characters as idiots, looking down on them as utter fools. However, they are cleverly played as simple, for certain, but folks you'd love to know... probably do know. You root for the Kerrigans.
I've recommended this movie to a number of people and it has yet to fail to entertain.
