Review of The Case for Christ (2007) by Joshua K — 05 May 2017
I watched this movie with one very sophisticated Engineering student Christian friend, a very intelligent Philosophy student non-Christian, and my other non-Christian Engineering/Photographer friend. They all said this movie was really well done and enjoyed it purely from a movie standpoint. Two of us cried during the movie because the story was so compelling and relatable.
Nobody disagreed that the movie presented many key points that, if true, would demolish or undermine many accusations against Christianity. The movie is not intended to present a robust argument for the resurrection of Jesus, but it does set up many reasons to go watch a robust presentation on the resurrection of Jesus. This is a brilliant movie to share with friends and get conversations going on who this person from Nazareth was and whether he rose from the dead after claiming to be God.
