Review of The Canterbury Tales (1972) by Amos B — 24 Nov 2007

I prefer the Pasolini of Mamma Roma and Accattone. Having seen the Decameron and the ultimate telos - Salo - I am not sure it is all worth it. Still, I guess this is amusing enough, and one cannot but admire the grand thinking behind Pasolini's renditions of these medieval and early modern grotesques.
