By far one of the least sophisticated comedies in that late 70's early 80's time bracket.
This film is a race across states fully relying on the personalities of the drivers...even if they didn't have much...It is a silly/wacky film that shouldn't be taken to seriously at all.
In my opinion Jack Elam (Mad Doctor) completely steals the show, he is electric & is head & shoulders above the rest of cast. Other than a few cheap laughs & lot of cars crashing into things this film isn't too impacting, but it's a cheap giggle & although lame still entertaining.
