It's all about the cast. The plot..well, the idea isn't that bad, but poorly executed. About the acting and the action..forget it! Maybe they made it only for fun. If you want to see a bunch of stars from the 50's through 70's-80's (and rising star Jackie Chan) in a forgettable movie which includes a pair of laughs.
.ok, take a peek, but otherwise, forget that too.
