Review of The Call of Cthulhu (2006) by Brendan H — 10 Nov 2006
A beautiful, eerie adaptation of perhaps Lovercraft's most famous story. The idea to film the story as a silent film, made in the style of the time (circa 1926) is quite brilliant. If you're a fan of silent films (especially of the horror silents) then this film is simply required viewing.
If you're not into silent films, this may be a little hard to swallow but give it a chance. You might like it.
