Review of The Call of Cthulhu (2006) by Spike V — 17 Feb 2013
This gorgeous silent film re-tells in an eerie and nostalgic fashion H. P. Lovecraft´s classic tale of terror and madness borrowing the style and techniques from 1920's cinema (way before The Artist did), setting up a nice mood and staying very true to the story.
Sadly, this movie isn't for everyone since not many people can suspend disbelief with this theatrical-driven way of making movies.
