Review of The Call (2013) by Jim A — 24 Feb 2014
Talk about a movie that blows its potential. The opening two thirds of the movie provide a pretty fantastic sense of suspense and puts you in the position of being a 911 operator during a horrific kidnapping.
Unfortunately the last third of the movie quickly devolves into typical Hollywood junk with our hero putting herself in needless danger for no reason ending with one of the worst endings possible ruining what started out as a pretty great thriller.
