Review of The Call (2013) by Xander V — 27 Feb 2014
The movie works splendidly for the first two acts, but falls apart in the completely conventional and melodramatic third act. It goes from believable tension ala 'Speed' and then soon becomes some mad slasher flick and that's very disappointing.
I would have liked it if the movie had concluded in the same fashion in which it started.
