Bogart plays the martinet Captain Queeg whose stuffy addiction to the rules causes conflict and leads ultimately to his breakdown.Watch out for Jose Ferrer as the lawyer asked to destroy him on the stand.
The job is done with panache but Ferrer sticks sthe knife into his employers telling them what he thinks of them.
