Review of The Cable Guy (1996) by This Account N — 20 May 2012

Ben Stiller's dark comedy on a stalker cable guy is not quite as bad as many may think and while several say that this almost ruined Jim's career I feel it only solidified it, even if it was not some of his best work.

I saw a great on screen connection between Carrey and Broderick that some recent comedies seem to lack. The story did drag at some places but honestly I have never heard Jefferson Airplane's "Somebody to Love" sung so beautifully.

Well worth a peek if you have never seen it.
