Plot/Summary,Five friends go to a remote cabin in the woods. Bad things happen. If you think you know this story, think again. From fan favorites Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard comes The Cabin in the Woods, a mind blowing horror film that turns the genre inside out.

My Review.

I found my second favorite horror film this movie reminds of those tales of crypt movies and also stuff like Wolfman and Frankenstine as of there not scary there just horror fun. Which is basically what this film is doing and it know's what it is. A horror film filled with stupied and cool teenagers in a a place in the middle of nowhere getting slaughtered. This is not your typical horror film either because some characters in the film control the outcome. And these workers in a computer room control the nightmarish creatures from getting out and do this on live televison. The teenagers are getting suspicous as to what's really going on throughout the film. The monsters are great and my favorite part of the movie considering they mostly use zombies. They even have killer clowns like stephin kings IT. This movie is also suppose to be a parody to a horror film and in my case I think it's a great sort of parody to all types of horror films and it sets the bar really high for all good horror films in general. The gore is none stop in the last thirty minutes also. They call teenagers sacrafices in the film and nickname each one Slut,Jock,Freak,Smarty, and virgin. This is my second favorite horror film of all time.
