Review of The Cabin in the Woods (2012) by Fred J — 29 Dec 2013
Funny, clever, original, imaginative, this crazy, beautiful love-child of "Evil Dead" and "Monsters Inc." is still a solid b**ls-out horror/gore movie, even explaining why classic American horror films are the way they are, with the familiar stock characters and the goofy behaviour.
And like a good dinner host, this movie keeps bringing out course after course of goodies, long after you'd expect the feast to be over.
