Review of The Cabin in the Woods (2012) by George M — 14 Aug 2015
Take the horror genre and take everything you know, flip it upside down, and add The Hunger Games and a human ritualistic sacrifice motive and you have the most awkwardly awesome film ever. It was just so much fun to watch, especially since Thor is in it and Thor has like the most epic death, I so hope there is a sequel to this.
It was so unique and different, and it just worked. And the film paid homage to a lot of horror films of the past.
