I didn't want to see this until my friend suggested some of us all go on opening night. I wasn't expecting a phenomenal 10/10 movie and that's definitely not what I saw. But I wasn't disappointed, the movie had a pretty steady plot that was easy to follow and a few jumpscares that make you laugh afterwards.
I left the theater satisfied but not scared which is fine that wasn't my goal. Like all horror movies, it was cliche and cheesy but some parts did leave me on the edge of my seat.
