Surprisingly better than 2! With these films they seem to go up in rating, but simpler in plot. This is not too bad a thing here, resulting in a pretty basic thriller/horror (that doesn't really stick to the rules shown in the other movies!!) with the Butterfly Effect twist.
Not sure I understood the ending though...
