Ofcourse all the uptight critics won't like it. The acting isn't very good mainly because Kutcher was horribly cast and Amy Smart just isn't suitable or very talented to begin with and all the little artistic things are missing that would have made it a classic if they were there, but this movie is one that can be carried by premise alone because the delivery was just good enough to express it.
