Review of The Butterfly Effect 2 (2006) by James O — 28 May 2011
Compared to the 2003 original it doesn't even come close but for a sequel it's not half bad as the general idea hasn't changed and those two words 'What If' are certainly still relevant here.
Eric Lively is no Ashton Kutcher but is OK as Nick who takes control of the mistakes in his life. The characters weren't likeable enough for you to really care what happened to them, and there were no real major events worth changing unlike in Evan's life from the original.
An OK sequel but nothing special.
