To be quite honest, I was pretty disappointed with this movie. Mostly because this is a true story, but not a whole lot of stuff in the film actually happened. I know it's Hollywood & whatever, things are changed to make it more interesting or what have you.
. but it really bothered me here. And also, the film kinda feels like an average, made for TV movie at times. I was expecting a lot more. But I didn't hate it. Forest Whitaker could not be better & Oprah is amazing.
I think they got most of the cast right. Alan Rickman was pretty much perfect as Ronald Reagan. The story is without a doubt inspiring, I just wish the movie was better.
