Review of The Burning Plain (2008) by Wenise W — 02 Nov 2009
Arriaga has done another decent job of manipulating the space-time continuum. Add heaping doses of heavy symbolism and foreshadowing with sprinkles of romance and intrigue. This movie recipe seems to work for Arriaga, though this one is not as good as 21 Grams, but better than Babel.
