Review of The Burning Plain (2008) by Ashton S — 02 Nov 2009
As the pieces come together you are drawn deeper into a story that spans many years of time. This is a drama that could only really work on film as it jumps backwards and forwards through time constantly.
It's interesting how the cuts work to suggest that the young selves are co-existing with the older selves.
