Review of The Bucket List (2007) by Adam S — 27 Nov 2012
This film may be sentimental, but I believe there's room for sentimentality when Hollywood is concerned.
The Bucket List, primarily due to the performances of Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, has the ability to draw both laughter and tears out it's audience. It deals with the issue of death, not in the horrible dark gloomy way that critics expect, but with a smile on it's face, and a song in it's heart.
A very fun movie, though not the masterpiece it's leads deserved.
