Review of The Brothers Solomon (2007) by Michael S — 13 Aug 2008

There were some fairly funny moments, but the movie failed to elicit even moderate laughs or humor, until the stupid sky banner gag. I can't say I like Will Arnett (and seriously, why does Chi McBride have any reason to waste his time in his movies?) despite Arrested Development, and I wasn't impressed by anyone else in the movie, so I suppose I'm not meant to enjoy it, but the premise of surrogacy comedy has enough potential to come out better than this.

I didn't like or root from the two brothers, and I didn't really care for anything from the movie. An utter waste of 80 minutes of my life I'm never getting back.
