Not really sure about this one. Had all the things I like in a movie: good acting, interesting characters, humour, intreague, a bit of romance, quirky storyline, but something was missing, it left me unsatisfied.
I felt the slightly melancholy ending didn't really work with the quirky humour throughout. Good performances from Ruffalo, Brodey and Weisz and a hugely entertaining turn from Rinko Kukuchi couldn't quite save this.
If you want to see a truly brilliant and clever con movie watch The Sting!
